- Create multiple accounts for the same individual without authorization.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate employees, partners, or customers.
- Attempt to interfere with the Platform's functionality or security.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable.
5. Products & Availability
All products displayed on UZ Turk Mart are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, replace, or discontinue products.
- Correct pricing or description errors.
- Cancel affected orders when necessary.
Certain products may require proper handling or storage after delivery. Risk and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
6. Pricing & VAT
- All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable VAT is included where required by law.
- Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.
7. Orders & Payment
An order is considered confirmed only when:
- Payment has been successfully authorized.
- An order confirmation has been issued.

8. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to:

- Suspend accounts involved in abusive chargeback activities.
In the event of a chargeback dispute, UZ Turk Mart may provide delivery records, transaction details, and relevant technical information to financial institutions and payment processors.
9. Delivery
Delivery services are available only in locations where UZ Turk Mart currently operates.
Customers must:
- Provide accurate delivery information.
- Ensure availability to receive deliveries.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Failed deliveries may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or cancellation.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Images
- Product descriptions
- Graphics and designs
- Software and website functionality
is owned by or licensed to UZ Turk Mart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
11. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
UZ Turk Mart is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or policies of third-party websites. Accessing such websites is at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
- UZ Turk Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- UZ Turk Mart shall not be responsible for improper product handling after delivery.
14. Indemnification

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
